Hayeth will walk into the room saying 'Gach a glitters, gach a fheicim, taispeánann do rúin draíochta dom' while snapping her fingers and bringing a magical quill into being which she writes some script which floats in the air like a purple flame breifly before dissapearing as her eyes shimmer with a pearlescent sheen which lingers as she casts Detect Magic as a ritual but uses her Awakened Spellbook to use the Standard 1 Action casting time
"I'll figure out which of these the Yuan-Ti has a grip on and which are willing, if in the meantime you can tie them up"
OOC: Are there any cultists with more than one Enchantment aura lingering on them? I.e. One for sleep and another for Charm, as well as any other auras in the area (She knows charm person so I'd imagine she knows what she is looking for with auras of it)

Lia carefully steps out of the area now covered with vines and heads back to where she had placed the cultists' victim. She crouches down next to him, placing a hand on his shoulder and giving it a gentle shake if he doesn't seem focused on her. "Hey. Are you alright?" She runs through the motions she's been taught - checking pulse and breathing, looking at pupil dilation, and the like - to try and figure out what could be affecting him.
Noell goes around the room asking others for rope, and then gets to work lashing together the cultists' hands and feet. "I never thought this was a life skill I'd be developing," she complains, as she pushes the hoods back on each of the sleeping figures and studies their faces.
As Vahorn helps with tying up the cultists, using much of it to fasten them in a circle around the monument they worshipped, he watches Lia and the victim, avoiding eye contact. (Survival 16 as he leads the tying up process)
When they are done, he turns to Hayeth. “So, you speak the tongue of the trees. Can you hear their screams, as their flesh is harvested for scrolls and books? I hear it... every step I take here. Your deeds today have done some small part toward reparations, but your debt is far from paid.” As his eyes flit around the floor, the biting tone seems to have softened from his voice
Hayeth turns back to Vahorn while looking over the room with her spell the opalescent hues obsuring her pupils and irises and she speaks softly "Assuming you're refering to Sylvan, I cannot hear the tree's it's not in my skillset, but it's interesting, I don't know it from the trees as I assume you do, but I learned it out of respect for them from my teacher, I understand the sacrifice I cause, but it is neccesary"
She pauses a moment holding her spellbook in her hand and gently runs her fingers along the fine paper within and smiles not happily but with understanding "I understand your pain Vahorn I feel it through every sheet in this book, I'm under no illusions that they were once alive in one way"
She pauses again breathing in and looking up as though she can see the sky through the roof "But the life wasn't wasted just as a hunted Deer is no waste it's... repurposed, changed, brought into a new form, where a Deer becomes food, weaponry and leather, the trees become a record of life, not a desecration of it more of a celebration and in the same way you'd use a bone from a Deer as a spear, the trees become a weapon against the failings of the past so we can learn from the failings of our past"

Hayeth can see that the only cultist with an aura other than sleep is Aleena, who has a stronger enchantment spell that is fading before your eyes. It is NOT charm person.
Lia, you can see he is drugged, likely from a fungus based natural poison. He doesn't looked like his breathing is affected, so it is likely to fade on its own.

She then turns back to Dumasz and Vahorn "I think we should be quick here, as much as I'd love to continue our conversation we should carry on later and talk about what to do with the rest, Aleesa was not in her right mind so we just need to wait for the spell to wear off"

None of the other cultists are local. You remove the cultists scimitars and find a hidden door leading to a small living chamber with a number of bunk beds, some personal belongings, a table and chairs and a sizable chest.
