Is there any particular reason the fighting style archery doesn’t factor into the damage rolls on the app? It factors into the “to hit” but not the damage. Archery as a feat says +2 to attack rolls. If it was stated as +2 “to hit” rolls, I would understand but (from my understanding) it should be applied to both, right?
ARCHERY You gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls you make with ranged weapons.
1 . Choose a target. Pick a target within your attack's range: a creature, an object, or a location. 2. Determine modifiers. The DM determines whether the target has cover and whether you have advantage or disadvantage against the target. In addition, spells, special abilities, and other effects can apply penalties or bonuses to your attack roll. 3. Resolve the attack. You make the attack roll. On a hit, you roll damage, unless the particular attack has rules that specify otherwise. Some attacks cause special effects in addition to or instead of damage.
Okay I suppose that makes sense. Using the term damage rolls makes it make a lot of sense. In my mind I had clumped damage into attack rolls. When they’re actually separate. Fair enough. Thank you.

An attack roll is not a damage roll.

You’re welcome.
For reference, there is an item that adds two to damage rolls: Bracers of Archery
No, attack rolls are the thing you roll when determining if you hit. Whereas the damage of the attack is noted as 'damage roll'
what about dagger or other thrown weapons and attempts?
It does not apply. Archery works with weapons that have the ranged property. A dagger is a melee weapon with the thrown property.
Darts have the ranged property, so throw those instead of daggers.
Darts also work with sharpshooter feat
