So if I have a character who has five levels of ranger Horizon walker with sharpshooter feat and three levels of fighter Battle master. Can I stack planar warrior, sharpshooter and a battle maneuver onto a single shot? Longbow (D8+3)+D8+10+D8.
Yes, adding the +1d8 force damage forces all damage the attack deals to be force damage, and no other abilities you're using have similar text, so there's no conflict - all of the damage is coerced to force. If you were to add additional rules to the mix to confuse us, like making the attack with a sun blade, we'd need to answer that on a case by case basis, but with only the rules you've presented - i.e. we're assuming no other rules apply - it would 100% certainly all be force.
Ouch this could be a really fun build, especially if I action surge first turn.
How would action surge help? You can't do the force damage trick more than once per bonus action, and you only get one of those per round (on your turn).
Now, if you were a Samurai or Thief, you might be able to come up with a second bonus action.

I don't think there's any way to ever get a second bonus action in a turn...

I'm just curious but my understanding was that each character has just one bonus action and as far as I know there aren't any features that give a character another bonus action so how would a Samurai or a Thief gain a second bonus action?
Well, a Thief eventually gains the ability to take a second full turn during the first round of combat, but I don't think there's anything in the Samurai subclass that grants additional bonus actions.
This build does have me curious about just how many features you can stack onto one character... just specifically all those abilities that get tacked on to attacks without requiring use of a bonus action or something to activate. Stuff like Paladin Smites, or Sneak Attack... I suppose spells like Hex or Hunter's Mark count if you activate them the round before.
There is nothing in any of the official rules that gives you a second Bonus Action on a turn. Maybe there are Homebrews out there that do, but I've seen very little 3rd-party homebrew that's well balanced.

Samurai also has access to a second full turn, provided they die. Both Thief and Samurai therefore can get a second Bonus Action on the same round, by taking a second turn.

Right, but those are 17th and 18th level features. The Samurai feature can't be combined with either of the two subclasses in the OP at all, and Thief could only use one of the two, and only at level 20. It's not really very useful to mention either of them as a way to activate the planar warrior feature twice in a round for a level 5 Ranger.
I know the sharpshooter planar manoeuvre attack would be only the first attack, but getting three more attacks after that could still make a big difference especially with a high initiative character who is more likely to go first.
That's about as much damage from a level five hail of thorns using a spell slot assuming both do about average rolls. You can only hit one target once per turn but that is still great for an attack with only needs one piece of ammunition and no spell slot.

Yes, those all stack without difficulty.
Thanks and would they all do force damage?
