Just have another Question: If my Scout moves, and it is stated that it does not provoke Attacks of Oppotunity, how does it react when the Attacker has a reaction and the sentinel feat? It does counteract the disengage action. But this isn`t your typical disengage, more of a special form of it... So attack yes or no?
No interaction with the Sentinel feat. The Sentinel feat makes creatures provoke Opportunity Attacks even if they've used Disengage. Skirmisher is not a "free Disengage", it's movement that specifically does not trigger Opportunity Attacks. This means it can't be overridden by Sentinel, but it also means you don't get any other movement free of Opportunity Attacks (which is really immaterial, since you're not taking this reaction during your turn).
