I'm not going to bother with the video... But, yes.
The Grung's poisonous skin trait can inflict the poisoned condition with unarmed strikes or poison damage with a piercing weapon like a dagger. The circle of spores druid's symbiotic entity feature will let you add necrotic damage to any melee attack.
I do want to warn you that my experience playing a spore druid was very underwhelming. The symbiotic form wastes your action to activate and only lasts as long as the tiny pool of temporary hit points it gives you remain. It only lasted 1 turn and I didn't even get to attack when I used it in a one shot...

Ah so you are saying that I use one action to activate. Then I dont use it because that is my turn, or I have to rely on bonus actions to use it.
After activating it, that one turn is the only turn I can use it. Therefore I will have to rest before using it again?

Yeah, it uses your action to activate, so unless you have a way to attack with your bonis action, you can't benefit from it that turn.
It encourages you to be in melee, but goes away as soon as you take 8 damage (at level 2 druid). Moon druid's wildshape was strictly better in terms of additional HP, damage output, and duration (only downside is not being able to cast spells) and it uses bonus action so you can attack the turn it is used.
It uses a wildshape use which you have 2 per short rest.
The thing about Symbiotic Entity is it's one of those features that has a 10 minute duration... too short to just turn it on and have it going as a background feature, but long enough to potentially last through multiple encounters. However, I think the idea with features like this is generally that you can trigger them outside of combat, and still have it active by the time combat starts. Not that I think that fixes it... if you dropped it to a 1 minute duration and just made it a bonus action I think it would drastically improve this subclass.
As for flurry of Blows... it has the restriction that you can only use it as a bonus action on the same turn that you also use the attack action. However, Tasha's added the optional "Ki-Fueled Attack" feature, which lets you make a single unarmed strike as a bonus by spending a ki point, even on turns where you use your action to do something other than attack.
That's not what Ki-Fueled Attack does, RAW. Ki-Fueled Attack let you make an unarmed strike as a bonus action if you've already spent ki on your action (presumably doing something from your subclass). I don't think it's anywhere near gamebreaking to do it the way you said, and I think it should be allowed, this is just a note.
If you don't allow it, you could still use Patient Defense, increasing your chances of keeping these temp HP.
Ah, thanks for clarifying. Reading Ki-Fueled Attack, I misunderstood it to mean that you spend a Ki to activate the feature, not that the feature is activated by doing something else that consumes Ki.
Ok so grung monk goves poison damage when touched or touch others.
Monk multiclassed with druid allows for a fungal build that gives extra damage through circle of spores. Right?
Would it be possible to have a grung druid monk that gives poison and fungus damage ?
I dont remember type of damage given.
Here is video I saw it in.

6.30 is point in video where guy talks about it more in depth.
