How does forced movement into damage work. Spirit guardian states - and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there : Does this mean if there are 4 people in a party, any of the 4 people on their turn could force a crature into the effect and make the creature take damage ?
Pretty much. They'd have to be moving the enemy into the zone instead of the zone into the enemy, since it's generally accepted that "enter" is specifically one thing doing something to another thing, but there's no reason the party can't just yo-yo the foe into and out of the area of effect each turn. Of course, the damage can only be dealt once on each person's turn. As for how they would do that, a couple Eldritch Invocations come to mind, as well as the shove option.
Edit: Just realized, this was my 1,000th post! Yay me!
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

You are still entering or leaving a space/square when forced movement makes you slide, push or fall and will be affected by anything that trigger from moving this way unless willing movement is specified.
