Currently we me and my friends are playing the campaign: "chains of asmodeus". We are level 14 and have acces to quite some rescources.
Now we came along a new spell from partnerd content which is called: "fearie toast". It has some fun applications but the one were intrested in is the first application. It allowes the caster and other spell caster who partake in the spell to share spells and spell slots (in our case spell points) with each other.
The problem is the spell costs 100 gold wine which it consumes. We don't readily have acces to wine.
What we do have is the spell: "tasha's bubbling cauldron". It allows the user to create common or uncommon potions. One newer potions is wine of the winter court.
Now the question is, can you use that spell to create wine wich can be used as component for fearie toast?
Also are there other spells which allow for the creation of spell components?

Ask your GM.
I personally wouldn't allow it, but it's ultimately not something answered by the rules.
One problem I see is that, technically, the Faerie Toast spell requires wine of a certain cost, not an Uncommon potion without a specified value.
But honestly, I don't think it'll be a concern if the DM wants to reward players' creativity.
