I was wondering- in the werewolf stat block, it lists the weapon attack as (Humanoid Form Only). However, for all the other were-creatures in the Monster Manual, it lists the weapon attacks as (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Does this mean that werewolves can't use weapons in their hybrid forms, or is this a misprinting or something else?

I believe it is intentional. Rats, tiger, and bears have significantly more dexterous paws than canines.
That being said, a skilled craftsmen could create a weapon-grip, specially designed for hybrid claws to use.
