Is it possible as a (remastered) way of four element monk after casting a spell then using ki fuel strike to make a bonus action attack to then extra attack?
When thinking about it I find tht it could possibly be the case due to how you would be making an attack in the turn however I am unsure......

I'm pretty sure that that's one of the points of the ability. It doesn't matter what you did for your action, just that you spent ki as part of it. Stunning strike, four elements spells, hand of healing, etc.

No. Ki fueled strike says "you can make one attack [snip] as a bonus action". One attack is not the attack action so no extra attack.
What would "rolling for it" entail? How would a 1 on the d20 differ from a 20 on the d20?
