2nd level slots: Two
Feels so wrong.
Third level warlocks have two (2) 2nd level spell slots and upcast every level 1 spell to level 2... totally normal. You should read up on the warlock class. :)

Bro points out the obvious to the oblivious. Warlock only cast highest level they can cast for their warlock level with their pact slots and then also have a few random level spells they can cast without pact slots once per rest
