Where can we suggest more improvements for erratas? For Tomb of Annihilation, in pg226, on option 5 of the Kobold Inventor's Weapon Invention, the Rot Grub Pot, it should reference the swarm of rot grubs to Volo's Guide to Monsters, or include it in Appendix D. It should NOT link to appendix A.
I'd also think the bad directions in the "Seek Wisdom at Orolunga" sidequest must be errata, and will unless an author confirms they're intentional. (Page 17, final paragraph, "Orolunga, east of Mbala" should probably be "Orolunga, west of Mbala.")
I don't know how important this is, but in reference to the Tomb of Annihilation errata in the official errata thread, I have recently discovered that the errata are not present in the 3rd printing, but all the errata are present in the 4th printing. Not the 6th as mentioned in the thread. (Well, they are in the 6th, but they appear for the first time in the 4th printing.)
Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica, p. 114 says, "The precinct offers a wide range of food and lodging, appropriate for lifestyles from squalid to wealthy. ... At the DM's discretion, adventurers who maintain either a squalid or aristocratic lifestyle could have disadvantage on Charisma checks when interacting with residents of Precinct Four."
Given the first quoted sentence, it seems that the second sentence should say "wretched", not "squalid".
