I love tinkering and thought...what the heck....why does player armor alwayts last as long as they want with no wear and tear. I came up with some house rules to give armor a little more depth.Thoughts?
Equipment degradation rules generally stink, serving only to make things worse for the PCs while adding nothing to the enjoyment for most players. And once you get into magical gear, you have one of two issues that arise: either magical equipment doesn't degrade, in which case the rule becomes useless, or it does which really stinks when your super magical armor breaks on you.
