The blacksmith tools and Artisan's Blessing are redundant with Cunning Artisan - one is metal, one is natural materials, but in the end you're still making weapons and armor out of each. In fact, as long as you include some metal somehow, you can actually do all the same things with Artisan's Blessing as you can with Cunning Artisan.
Blessing of the Forge applies to just about any and every armor or weapon, so while you can bless a lizardfolk's club or shield? It applies just as much as the wooden stool you pick up during a drunken tavern brawl.
Soul/Saint abilities apply to heavy armor, of which Cunning Artisan has no synergy with.
I suppose you could argue that, because there's no need of metal in some cases, that's your ultimate crafting, but that's not what I would consider ultimate here.
Flavor synergy? Eh, I'm still going to have to stick with dwarves for the best flavor synergy of ultimate craftsmen. Either them, or Tinker Gnomes. The former can not only forge weapons, but also make buildings or beer, while the latter... well, the ability to identify magic items on sight is pretty boss

Think about it...
I did. I don't see it?
All in all, good synergy, I think.

That's just it, I don't see any synergy.

Okay, so it's mainly a flavor synergy; a lizardfolk cleric of the Forge Domain can make something useful out of pretty much anything.
