With the reveal of the new Ravenloft book, I realised that there were several features that could buff the Dhampir’s bite attack and heal you further.
So here’s my build for a barbarian capable of healing themselves quickly:
Berserker, level 5 with Vampire’s Plaything origin feat. Take the Bloodlust feat and pump your Con to 18. Rage and frenzy both count for the Dhampir’s bite which gives us:
On the 2nd round of combat, you could heal around 41.5 HP, if you use 2 charges of bite, a charge of bloodlust and your potion. Which is insane for the barbarian with its resistance. It’s not meta by any means, but I wonder how we could push this further?
This is indeed a lot of healing, but don't forget that per the Dhampir Traits, you can only use your Bite a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
The reason I say this is that, if you are Level 4 or Lower, you will only have 2 uses per Long Rest, so this is best saved for a "oh crap" moment, when you need a big heal.

True, but you gotta admit it’s really nice healing for a barbarian of all of things.
You could also play a zealot barb and just get some d12s for healing.
