I had a go at making Yaya from the anime Unbreakable Machine Doll. Here is her character sheet ddb.ac/characters/13641232/hccvBq. Also, here is some of her descriptions and things that you won't be able to see.
Personality Traits I almost always speak in third person, because I'm aware that I'm a doll and not a human. I'm very energetic, loud, and often brash. This shows as positive attitude towards problems and dangers. I am also fiercely protective of anyone I consider a friend, but if you are nice to me, I will be nice to you. Even if it means disobeying!
Ideals Friendship. Material goods come and go. Bonds of friendship last forever
Bonds I'm on a quest to become a living human. I follow my puppeteer to the end of the world
Flaws I'm overly jealous to any female who approaches my puppeteer. I don't know how to filter my feelings and I'm prone to dramatic emotional outbursts.
APPEARANCE Yaya is a young dazzlingly beautiful girl who is like an elegant chrysanthemum, has a small face, which at first glance, does not show any outstanding parts and may look plain and simple, but in actuality, has exceedingly well-ordered features like a delicate work of art belonging to a museum, and looks like a literal doll. She has an exquisitely beautiful lustrous complexion, with neither marks nor blemishes, that is as white as snow, as smooth as a field of snow and as soft and tender as a white peach, a slender body, and a short height, being only 5'2. Yaya has long straight black hair extending to her hips, with centre parted fringe, that shines brilliantly as if it were perpetually wet, has thin eyebrows, and has black eyes (with reddish undertones)
Any thoughts or ideas on how I could improve this character?
I'm not really familiar with the character from the anime, but are you looking for advice for skills and abilities to complement her, or are you looking more for suggestions on characterization?

To give some useful advice I would also need to know what you are looking for as Yaya's role in combat and in the party.
I am not aware of the background you choose but to me the Sleight of Hand doesn't really fit with the personality you describe here. She feels more like a brutal honest character and I would rather give her a skill in that direction: Persuasion, to reflect her positive and energetic nature or Perception, to reflect her protective side. So maybe switch out Stealth too, unless you need to be the stealthy scout of the party. You do have the high DEX to complement those skills.
Being a Way of the Open Hand monk, you might consider Mobile feature, which lets you dart all over the battlefield to get to where you need to be and deliver punches. With the Flurry and Ki you can burst where needed.
Statwise your DEX is almost maxed out, it's more the mental abilities which are your vulnerability. You might consider a Feature like Lucky to help out on those crucial rolls, I think especially about saves and key hits to knock opponents prone or persuading / stealthing your way into somewhere.
I like the concept of your character. It reminds me of Rom Tinkerbell, a social Warforged Gun Fu monk in our party. Whose master has died but he wants to live a life like all other beings and wants to Warforged to be truly freed and respected.

Her role would mostly be support, but she is not the healing and standing back kind of support character.
She is fast and agile - only really matched by the parties Rogue. She can get almost anywhere on the battlefield, getting right up into her oponants face, delivering a series of damaging blows that stuns or knocks prone the target and then retreating, letting her stronger allies unleash the more powerful attacks with advantage.
Basically, she zips around the battlefield, keeping the enemy off guard and knocking the seven bells out of them with her fists.
So in that sense, she controls the battlefield. Able to damage, manoeuvre, stun and knock prone the enemy. All while using her dexterity to dodge and deflect, if not redirect any attacks made against her.
She is extremely strong in a battlefield situation, but abysmal in a social situation. Although I have given her a slightly higher than normal CHA, to represent that she is generally friendly to others.
What you have to remember though, is that she is a machine doll, and where certainly she can learn and grow and become more socially aware, being social is not really her thing - she is a weapon, and weapons are not typically socially aware, unless they are built specifically as ambassadors or spies or the likes.
All that being said, she can make friends and her friends find her nice, if not trying, to be around. Hence the 11 CHA.
Despite being a weapon, she is a generally good person.
But in general, I see DEX being her most important ability, followed by CON, since she is an up close fighter kind of person and then STR, so that she can deliver her blows with more force, doing more damage with each strike.
I have also maxed her HP, because in the anime she is extremely tough, able to absord damage that would break other dolls, so having a maxed HP kind of replicates this.
I am trying to turn her into the best character I make out of this concept though, so if you have any suggestions on how to improve her, or even roleplay her better, then do feel free to share them.
What do you mean with maxing hp, did you just take max hp value at every lvl up? As a DM (and even as a player, because any fighter/barb/pala is gonna ask for the same at your table)I would have issues with this seeing as it is buffing your character to a point that others won't reach without extraordinary luck. Even if she is very resilient. You could show that by taking the feat that gives extra hp( tough?) Instead of overclocking your hp at no cost. You might even take +2 con at lvl 4 instead of dex to put more emphasis on this without breaking the game.
Don't forget that compared to "normal" people (and dolls?) She is already tougher seeing as normal are considered to have 8 on every stat.
Str adds nothing for a monk, your punches get their punchiness from dex alone. You don't need to give her higher charisma to be able to show her dedication to her friends, she can be dedicated to them with 8 charisma as well seeing as showing friendship doesn't take any rolls.
Monkwise id put all those points in wisdom for the sake of class features ( stunning strike works of it iirc, and you want to control the field so it seems worth it.)
Up to you to decide if copying the anime's concept down to the tiniest detail is more important or not though.

Based on this description, you need more Wisdom, so your Stunning strikes pay off. Personally, I'd drop STR to 10, and Con to 14. Raise WIS to 14, and CHR to 12.
Incidently, being an introvert, doesn't mean she has a low CHR. It just means she isn't comfortable using the skills. I have a warlock with 20 CHR and is an introvert. Says little, but when she does..she can move mountains with her words. She just would rather read.
