So you have a shooty fighter, a stabby fighter, and a punchy fighter, plus a bard, cleric, and wizard.
Really the only major class you don't have is a rogue, but you have two characters with proficiency with thieves' tools, so you should be good. Out of combat it looks like you should have a "face", a high-WIS character to perceive, a high-INT character for the knowledge checks, a divine character for the religion checks... you're pretty well covered.
You have melee, ranged, magic, non-magic, healing, and support covered for combat. Also sneaking, trap/lockpicking, perception/insight, persuasion/deception, darkvision, and utility magic for non-combat.
I can't think of anything the party wont have a guy for.
TBA I usually look at a party's balance in pretty simple terms, and then expand out.
First question I ask is does your party have Damage, Tank, and Support Character?: It sure does!
Second question, does your party have a Face, Ritual Caster, and Lock Picker?: Yup!
Third question, does your party overlap so much so that it becomes less useful?: Nope!
I'd say you're party is more than balanced! You have an excellent variety of folks. I can't think of anything your missing. You got literally every type of role you could ever need.

5th edition D&D is designed so "party balance" isn't so much of an issue: all party makeups can "function," even if some are "optimal." I think you can have a great story regardless of class diversity, like in Harry Potter where everyone's a wizard. Remember, it's a roleplaying game first, and you shouldn't play something you don't enjoy because you feel your party's missing it.
That said, your party sounds very balanced!

So I have a party consisting of the following characters
Variant Human Battlemaster Fighter (Archery fighting style, Urchin Background)
Half Elf Lore Bard (Criminal Background)
Either a Half Elf Conquest Paladin (Defense fighting style), Variant Human Eldritch Knight Fighter (Defense Fighting Style), Or a Half Orc Bear Totem Barbarian (Outlander background)
Hill Dwarf Life Cleric (Acolyte background)
Variant Human Abjuration Wizard (Cloistered Scholar Background)
Variant Human Open Hand Monk (Hermit Background)
Would this party be considered balanced, or is it lacking something necessary to function?

Does it have someone that can solve puzzles?
lay traps?
disarm traps?
infilitrate strongholds?
run a prison break?

Yeah someone revivified it yesterday.
