If he gets healing spirit and says its because he thinks its funny the mental image of conga lining through it, then every time he uses it out of combat make him and the other players role play a conga line for 1 minute (or until character is healed). Sod it you may as well all have fun, and if he plays a bard have him convince the other players that this is the only way the spell works!
