I notice a few people mention the DMG doesn't list magic item prices, and while they aren't listed in each item description, they do list prices by item rarity on pages 130 and 135. Personally, I think the base prices are on the low side, but they are there.

The whole change to rarity with magic items threw me off and not having the prices listed with the items themselves was enough to lead me to miss where the prices actually were. Part of this is a lack of needing to read every single page of the DMG, I mean exactly how many times do you need to reread the same material over and over again? Granted I'm still a fan of the magic items existing in the PHB and dedicate the DMG to actual Dungeon Mastering.
