Wow, they really listened to feedback on the Revived and Genie. These are SO MUCH better than previously.
Genie might be a contender for my next character, all of those features are pretty powerful... though I will kind of miss sending an enemy to your genie's court, everything else is stellar.
The Revived sucked, Phantom is such a better theme and the mechanics seem to really mesh well with it.
I immediately wanted to play a Genasi Warlock with my a Genie ancestor as my patron.

I really like the whole UA. The Phantom and Genie are so much better than the previous versions. The Scribe is very well made. Permanently losing spells is brutal, though. I loved the Archivist and Onomancer and will miss them very dearly.

I was so excited to see the word 'Archivist' that I initially missed the word 'wizard,' until I got to page 4 of the PDF. It looks pretty great, though I anticipate a fair amount of nerfing (and subsequent complaining), but I wanted an artificer subclass that I'd actually like to play! *kicks can* Genie subclass looks pretty awesome too, that's a warlock I'd probably actually play.
The madmen actually added Wish to the Genie spell list, and gave them a Limited Wish on top of that. And gave them general and element-specific spells. And gave them exciting features like the vessel sleepover feature. They definitely put in a lot of effort with this second pass of the Genielock.
I really like how they changed them! They fixed every problem that I had with the previous Revived Rouge and made the “Word Wizard” actuaLly cool and fit into the worlds. I am currently playing a Noble Genie Warlock and the changes here i mostly like. I dont really care about, and will probably hardly use, the Bottled Respite feature until i can have until people join me cause my character doesn’t need to sleep anyway. I also REALLY wish they would have kept the previous feature of banishing a creature to your patrons court cause i thought that was really cool. I also wish that it kept some of the more support like spells you got, namely Enlarge/Reduce cause to me that feels more useful than Phantasmal Force, a spell that is over dumped in warlock subclasses and really should just be a part of the list. Other than that i think its a massive step in the right direction.
On another note about the document in general, why are they all of a sudden using “You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus” as opposed to the primary ability score modifier? I understand that this way the ability grows in uses as the player, but i like that you have to invest in ASI in order to gain full uses out of certain abilities. Thought?

Maybe that's the idea: To make ASIs less necessary so that you have more flexibility with how you build up your character. I personally don't mind either approach.

Also helps if you want to multiclass into weird combinations. Now all your features aren't based on having an ability score "This tall to ride" and instead scale as you level, no matter the class.

The Awakened Spellbook's damage replacement feature is so ridiculously intriguing.
If I'm understanding it correctly, if I have fireball and blight in my spellbook, I can make the fireball deal necrotic damage instead. I can fireball red dragons and devils now. What is this insanity and where I do sign up?

You can change Fireball into a bludgeoning damage spell! How do you do that? What does it look like? WHY DOES IT STILL LIGHT OBJECTS ON FIRE?!?!?
You can make Meteor Swarm to psychic damage. 40d6 psychic damage to everyone that a meteor hits.

You can make Green-flame Blade deal piercing damage.
Meteor Swarm deals mental damage, but everything is still getting bludgeoned to dust by falling rocks. The re-flavoring will be real with this one.
New UA is nice but I hate that they took the Archivist and gave it to the Wizard of all classes. Yea it fits thematically but it fits so well that's it's uninspired. And the wizard of all classes really doesn't need more subs. I for one really liked the Archivist. Yes it needed tweaking but the idea of the Artificer creating an artificial intelligence was RAD! I'm still playing a slightly revised version of it rn. I had hopes the Archivist would return but with this UA it's all but dead now. Sad times :(

Yeah! Why take away from the Artificer?!?! They already have the least subclasses in the edition! You're taking away from the starved new class, and giving it to the bloated class that is already focused around scribing! I love the new subclass, but it's really not necessary!

There's no limit to it, except spell slots and spellbooks. You could do poison or fire damage with an earthquake.
To be fair Levi, the Scribe feature says "When you cast a wizard spell with a spell slot, you can temporarily replace its damage type with the damage type of another spell in your spellbook, as your spellbook magically alters the spell’s formula for this casting"
So no fiddling with cantrips a'la Green Flame Blade, nor do your cantrips donate damage types since they're technically in your brainmeats, not your spellbook.
Beyond that? First glance over the new document looks great. Genie is no longer an embarrassment to warlocks, the 'Phantom' actually smells like a rogue, and Archivist makes more sense here than on Artificer. Can't do much in-depth review right now, but will get to it when I can.

Ah, thanks for that correction. Yep, this isn't a viable option, I'll edit my previous post.

I agree with most of that. The Noble Genie was a terrible Warlock subclass. The Phantom is awesome, and the Scribe is cool, but I really did like the Archivist.

Ya that's all good and fine but for me the icing is copying spell's at half price regardless of the spells school.

Yeah, that's very useful. It's like it took all the 8 original traditions, and just smushed them together with a lot of other benefits as well.

I do love how they did the warlocks spell list. with a general genie list and a list for the four elements <3 great job wizards!
Along with it's mini wish, and the wish added to the spell list of all wishlocks.
