Was making a BM fighter with as many superiority dice as possible and took the superior technique fighting style. Noticed on character sheet that there was no dice check box or maneuver description displayed. This is not the biggest deal but it means im more likely to forget what the maneuver i have is and that i have another superiority die to use.
Sadly, this is a Known Issue, and to my knowledge, no fix has been implemented as yet. Anyone's guess when it might show up. About the best you can do is copy the information down, and paste it in under Notes.
If you want a workaround though, you can actually go into your homebrew creations, create a feat, and copy Martial Adept as it does basically the same thing. Rename your copy "Superior Technique" or whatever, find Martial Adept action and rename that too, then go into its Limited Use section and change the uses from two to one.
Now if you add your feat you can pick the extra manoeuvre you want, and get a single use box you can tick off for the extra superiority dice.
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.

Yeah it's a known issue, no ETA on a fix yet.
