Look i know obviously ur feats work on the Echo, but The Echo Knight has 1 HP but can the Tough Feat bypass that?
Tough
Source: Player's Handbook
Your hit point maximum increases by an amount equal to twice your level when you gain this feat. Whenever you gain a level thereafter, your hit point maximum increases by an additional 2 hit points
It depends on how your DM wants to rule it. Stuff like Mettalic gift, or great weapon master works with it but tough probably doesn't
The Echo itself still does not benefit from the feats. Great Weapon Master works, because your character is just attacking from the place the Echo is. it is really that easy. :)
Tough will boost the character’s HPbut not the Echo’s. Think of the echo as being like one of the images from mirror image but it allows you to attack from it.

No, the Echo does not generally benefit from your feats.
The rules text of the Echo just puts it at 1 HP, the end. Tough does not change that at all.

So feats liie sharpshooter, crossbow expert and other damaging output feats work, but they dont affect the echo directly?
Yes, because the Echo is not doing anything. It is just a "marker" from which the player character can attack.
