My Eldritch Knight Fighter, currently at lvl 7, is armed with 2 Light Hammers, both with Nick Property. He does not have the Two Weapon style (adding modifiers to offhand) or Dual Wielding, yet my character sheet on DNDbeyond shows I have 2 weapon fighting (for the bonus action offhand)
Lastly, the DM allows us to switch weapons on the fly.
So my question becomes: do the Bonus Action Offhand stack with the Nick off hand, allowing me to make 2 normal and 2 off hand attacks if i juggle them mid attack, or do I have to choose whether to use the Nick or Bonus Action?
On top of that, if both can be used, does each Light Hammer carry its own Nick property, meaning that when mid Action i juggle my Light hammers to switch hands, the New set up allows for a second use of Nick? This would then result in me using Action surge to set up Main Hand + Bonus Action Offhand for:
Main Attack: Light hammer 1 main hand + Nick offhand Light hammer 2
Juggle to switch for Extra Attack Main hand Light Hammer 2 + Nick Offhand Light Hammer 1
At level 7, your Eldritch Knight will be able to make 3 attacks with the Attack action (Regular Attack, Extra Attack, Nick Attack). With Nick, the bonus action attack from wielding Light weapons is moved to be part of the Attack action, so you no longer have the option to make an extra attack with your bonus action.
Taking the Dual Wielder feat would allow you to add another attack per turn as a bonus action (3 with main action, one more as a bonus action). The Nick attack and the bonus action attacks would not be able to add your modifier to the damages.
Taking the Two-Weapon Fighting style feat would let you add your modifier to all 4 attacks each turn.
Using Action Surge in any of these cases would allow you to make 2 more attacks that turn, since you can only benefit from Nick and Dual Wielder once per turn each.

i was wondering how that worked and why it didn’t just double your attacks taking action surge. Honestly, I’m no expert, but it doesn’t seem like it would be that broken or anything, would it?
At first I was under the impression I could use Nick for my main attack, and use my Bonus Action offhand for Extra Attack / action surge. I will admit, I am slightly disappointed with this.

With Dual Wielder, you can make 4 attacks turn after turn. As a Fighter, that goes up to 5/6 at level 11/17. Where this starts to look really good is when you get ways to add damage to each attack. Spells like Spirit Shroud or a Vicious Shortsword start looking really good when you are making 5 or 6 attacks each round.
