Hill Giant Rune and Stone Giant Rune are great picks. I am currently playing my first rune knight currently at lvl 8 but those are the 2 I find myself using the most. The reaction charm ability of the stone giant is really strong as it can shut down one target if they fail their save. Honestly though none of the options are particularly bad so you can't go wrong.
Use giant's might then have your party wizard cast enlarge for an extra d4 and d6 on your damage rolls can add up really quickly.
Hi all!
My first ever character, a dwarven fighter, has just turned level three and I really wanted to play a Rune Knight.
I know it is relatively new, but does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to play one? What runes have you found effective/fun?
Also, just to save another threat in the future, any tips on what feats may compliment it?
Thanks in advance!

What is your favourite giant type? Choose that rune for one thing. If not, frost rune is good for a nature-y character.
