I'm trying to make a cage fighter for a lvl 10 one shot. I get that the basic idea is pretty under powered in 5e, but kind of want to do it for fun anyway. My thinking is he would be an MMA ground and pound style fighter, grapple people, mount them then pound them down. Anyway just looking for feedback on the build.
Looks pretty good to me, although being a level 2 Barb I do not know if you need the Feint Attack maneuver since you can use Reckless Attack to gain advantage on attacks. There may be another maneuver you could put in this slot to further flesh out your MMA fighter image

I changed it up a bit. I liked the flavor of the grappler feat for the ability to pin someone but looking at the actual mechanics I think tavern brawler and reckless attacks give me enough ground and pound ability. The restrained condition nullifies the whole idea of mounting someone and gaining advantage. That way I'm also able to up my con to 18.

Yeah. Sadly the Grappler feat is not great. Some people have homebrewed their own version to make it better, but youd have to talk with your DM about using one of those
