Ignoring the standard “The DM can allow anything they want” option...
I’d like my Eldritch Knight to take and additional fighting style as I’m leveling from 5 to 6 and I’d like to do it in D&D Beyond. I’d like to know if there is a way following canon rules to do this and then if allowed how to enter it in D&D beyond.
Specifically I thought I'd take the Fighter Initiate Feat and then the Intercept fighting style. D&D Beyond does not allow the Eldritch Knight to take the Fighting Initiate feat even though the prerequisites are met. I see no other way to (following canon rules) give an Eldritch knight an additional fighting style.
My bad as it often turns out in life, I found this in the Tasha's thread seconds after posting even though I search before posting. Such is life.
Eldritch Adept and Fighting Initiate - The systems to support these feats are currently in development, we have provided placeholder feats so they can be selected for now.

Any advice?
