Longtooth Fighter lvl 7 arcane archer and looking to multi class currently into a rouge but only looking to do a 3 lvl drop might consider more but not sure what archetype to go thinking possibly phantom imput would be helpful
What do you want from the multi- class? That can help us advise you. But no matter the answer, I’d give a long look at waiting another level first so you can get your asi at 8. Otherwise, if you take a three level dip into something, you’re putting it off for a long time.
It would still be helpful to know what you want to do. Absent that, if you’re only looking at a 3-level dip, look at the level 3 powers you get from each of the subclasses and decide which one is going to be the most fun for you. Personally I put fun ahead of useful, though you could do it the other way as well.
So from your bonuses your multi class options are barbarian in rogue. The dip into barbarian could be useful enter strength is high enough to make use of it if you can ambush. But as an archer you probably couldn't bring it to it's full potential. So your instincts were correct about going rogue. And like with any dip the benefits are what you make of them and not just what's blaringly obvious. Not knowing about your campaign setting…
Thief could be a good choice if only for the movement benefits of "second-story work." No movement loss for climbing and a running jump is increased by your dex modifier.
Assassin would be an excellent choice for the damage bonus and extra helpful with Tasha's poisoner feat.
Mastermind might be a good option if you're a team player as you can use the help action as a bonus action and from 30 feet away.
Scout might also be a good option for the skirmish or feature, moving half you're speed without provoking attacks opportunity could get you out of some tight scrapes.

It would also be helpful to give us your stat block to know what you have the pre-reqs for.
