hi there! I am trying to craft a New charactor. My first actually. and I am using this site's ability to help craft one, but I feel like some things are missing. I set up a subscription, and I was hoping to set up a variant Human, but seem to be missing a lot of feats. Did I miss something, or is it just a couple feats that are allowed at all? I feel like there should have been a lot more choices. Have I failed to do something? I was not really Looking to need Grappler, or sharpshooter. Any help is much appreciated.
You know, I figured out My answer Is that I also needed to purchase the Players handbook. I don't feel this is a bad deal, since I wanted to get this book anyway. I guess I just needed a reason to buy ha. UNless I am asked to, I can leave this thread if it might help someone else. Cheers!
Also, your DM (if they are on D&D Beyond) can share the books they have with you, so you don't have to buy them.
Mostly correct. When someone creates a campaign on D&D Beyond, anyone in that campaign can enable Content Sharing, whether they're the DM or a player. They just have to have a Master Subscription and have not gone over the max number of campaigns they can share with(currently 5). But players can only choose to enable sharing or not. The DM, whether they're the one who enabled Content Sharing or not, is the only one who can go in and enable/disable specific books.
