Welcome to the House of Climaxes! Here, we forge the most inspiring, chilling, and generally awesome monologues, one-liners, and quotes to create maximum tension and awesomeness.

The Rules for this game are as follows:

1.  One person creates a quote, one-liner, or monologue. It can be epic, funny, scary, or whatever you want.
2. After one person shares their climax, another person can go. No double-posting.
3. Try to keep things PG-13 at most. No excessive swearing, vulgar topics, etc.
4. Have fun!

Anyway, to kick things off, here's my bad guy monologue that I have in store for one campaign:

"Do you recall the light? The morning dawn, banishing the terrors of the cold night. The fires that warmed your flesh and pushed back the darkness. The holy rays of magic, used to smite your foes and turn foul undeath... Twas my strength, lended to you for but a moment. I have come to collect my due."

*This seems great! Let me think...*

"It's not about good or bad, light or dark. It's about how you use it. If you wield the darkness, heard out the light."

"Is this the symbol of your god? Yes... yes it is. I can feel them... they are near. And they're scared..."

"Lying under the stars, anything seems possible. Ruling over the stars, anything is possible. Roaming in between the stars, only happiness is possible. Never bring yourself above your dreams, or you'll hit the glass ceiling and your stars will burn out."

“In the darkest hour before the dawn, the entire fleet exploded into flames. Two massive ships, the mighty dreadnought Asmodeus and the only slightly smaller Fury of the West, sat at the entrance to the harbor, bombarding the helpless defenders with blazing green tendrils of alchemist’s fire.”
