How to play:
The first person chooses the CR and one property of the monster.
Then other people add properties to the monster until
The first person decides it's appropriate for the CR and names the beast.
Then someone else restarts the cycle!
Example Monster (created using a similar process):
The Vaporspawn is a CR 25 superpowered octopus tainted by a magical experiment with orange tentacles that have knives instead of suckers, a giant baby head, and around it is a wild magic field because the creation of it twisted the Weave around it. It has weakness to thunder damage dealt to it by someone of a non-neutral alignment and a natural ability to control any and all beholders it sees, but it doesn't work on a full moon during the spring equinox.

The monster can make bubbles by his mouth, even if he's not on the water.... and can perform some rudimentary "sleight-of-Hands" just to do anything. (( because it's an octopuss and those beasts uses their feets to do anything ))

It can shuffle around and make anyone in sight of it make an Int save (DC = however many movements the things made, limit 15) or be mentally dazed and suffering the Charmed condition on a failure. However, you can avert your eyes to it as a reaction, and in that case make a Cha save with the same DC. If you fail, you are turned back to it and must then make the Int save.
