Im making a character for a campaign im about to be in, im playing a Variant Tiefling with wings. My idea is a level 13 Sorcerer Divine Soul/7 Cleric Knowledge Domain, i just want yall's opinion on this and what some of the big downsides and upsides would be to playing this. (Also im going for full on support class and my character is a huge ******* race nerd so that is why she is knowledge domain)

Divine Soul is a great middle ground. Having almost full access to the Cleric spell list(they don't get the optional spells RAW) and full access to the Sorcerer list means they have a LOT to pick from.
Favored by the Gods is great for Saving Throws, specifically Con ones. I probably wouldn't be using it on attack rolls.
Metamagic for healers lets you do things like Twin Cure Wounds, and then Quicken a Fire Bolt so that you can still do some damage, but potentially heal yourself and someone else very effectively. Also with you having access to the Cleric spell list on both sides, you can focus all of your "Cleric" spells on things that don't rely on your Cleric spell casting modifer(Lesser Restoration, Aid, Warding Bond, Revivify) because your Charisma modifier is going to be higher for things like Cure Wounds, or Guiding Bolt, or anything else that will need your spellcasting modifer.
I love Knowledge Clerics, and I think they're a very interesting type. A lot of their bonus spells are RP spells, so being able to have those at hand daily because of your subclass and let you focus your prepared list on "Bread and Butter" spells? A+
A lot of cantrips and access to the best flavor cantrips, being thamaturgy and prestidigitation .
Bad things:
You've a 9th level spell caster with only access to 7th level spells.
I forsee this having to really rely on metamagics to really power the combat flavor of the class, which means burning through sorc points and potentially spell slots very quickly.
Depending on how you level your class, there are going to be points where you feel very underwhelming as you have a charisma class and a wisdom class. There is spell list synergy, but one of your spell casting modifiers is going to be lower without some magic items, or rolling for stats, or wishes/tomes.

You actually can't do this.
If you cast a spell using a bonus action, the only other spell you're allowed to cast in that round is a cantrip. You could twin Healing Word or Quicken Cure Wounds, then use Fire Bolt as your action, but you can't twin Cure Wounds then Quicken Fire Bolt.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Yeah, you're spot on. My table has allowed it in the sense that as long as one leveled spell and one cantrip was cast, it really didn't matter on the order but RAW, what I stated is wrong. Good catch.
