Well the standard is dexterity but the Rabbit race in the latest unearthed arcana grants proficiency bonus to initiative, while a couple of Wizard subclasses grant additional bonus based on intelligence, ranger subclass Gloomstalker grants bonus based on wisdom, and the swashbuckler subclass of the rogue grants a bonus based of charisma. Which leaves us with the Alert Feat which grants a +5 bonus, not to mention the bards reliable talent and the champion fighter remarkable athlete grants a half proficiency bonus to initiative.
Everything Jacqsynn said, plus a couple magical items (off the top of my head, the Sword of Kas). There's a bunch of ways to get advantage on initiative rolls too.

Where do initiative bonuses come from? Do they come from classes, races or your dexterity bonus?
