Sure. Alignment requirements are not a thing for Paladins in 5e. It might make little sense for an evil Paladin to take the Oath of Redemption, but Oath of Conquest is an easy one. Oath of the Crown makes sense for lawful evil, too. Oath of Glory works well for anything, and you can probably twist the others if you come up with good enough logic that what the Paladin is doing is right. It doesn't have to always be moustache-twirling evil.
