Was wondering are they shippping each one in the order as it’s released or are they making us wait until February and then get all 3? opened a ticket asking if my book as shipped but have had no response now in 8 days.
They are shipping the books as they come out. You can check on the general status of your book by looking at the order details in the marketplace.
If there's a problem, you need to contact customer support who are very, very, slow. (Understaffed and also there's a lot of people wanting support due to the new books.)
My '24 PHB came about two weeks ago and ordered the full bundle, so definitely not. As has been said, if you have concerns make a ticket, just realize you'll need to be patient as this is going to be a busy time for the product support staff.
Update! I found elsewhere on the forums that you had to email support@wizardsscalefaststore.zendesk.com in order to get a response about your order. I emailed them on Saturday and got a response today, they are basically saying that I chose to have all 3 pre-orders shipped once as one package once the last one was released, I informed that no such option was present when I was checking out, and that if they are unable to ship them individually I would like a refund for the DMG and MM bundles and am awaiting their response.
It appears to be dependant on your location for the most part. there is a thread about Europe having a lot of confusion about shipped as released vs shipped when last is released.
Someone said there's an issue with the form. There's a section where you fill in your details that, if your details are saved, is by default collapsed. In that section is an option to have them all delivered simultaneously with the last available item (in this case, the MM) which is also selected as default.
If you already had your details in pre filled in, then you probably wouldn't see that, and just placed your order, technically telling them to send them all at once in Feb '25. Or you may have just not seen it.
Poor website design if that is the case.

I agree that it seems intentional as that is still the case if you were to pre-order the bundles it still has that option hidden if your shipping address is pre filled in

yea my status just shows validated, and my ticket has been pending for 14 days now. and searching the forums doesn't give a clear answer either

To me that „poor website design“ appears to be totally intentional on part of Scalefast.
