is it possible to swap one player to a DM and have current DM demote to a player? Do both accounts need master subscription? I'm currently the DM and all the content has been purchased under my account but one of my players wants to DM. Can I promote him to DM and share my material for him to DM?

It is not possible to swap roles at this point in time. The next DM should create a campaign slot and you players must join it.
