I'm relatively new to D&D, though, have many friends who play quite religiously.
Anyways, I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help me valuate something.
I recently got my hands on this light-up Dungeons and Dragons sign.
I am completely and utterly unsure if it has any value to it, however, I thought it might be worth taking a punt on (also because it looks pretty cool!)
If anyone has any knowledge on it/ any idea of value, I would love to hear from you!
I have been unsuccessful myself in trying to find anything quite like it online, and am wondering if it could be custom made or an in-store display sort of thing?
Many thanks in advance to y'all and thanks for reading :)
Put it around your bookcase and light it up on game night. That'd look dope af.
i worked at a company that made casino machines, if it's similar to what i've worked on in the past, then you just need a DC power supply. Get a molex connector that will fit the cable, manually splice the wires to fit and you probably only need 5v DC if it's LEDs. You wont be able to change colors or anything like that, but it may still light up if the controller board is installed on the topper frame.
If it's cold-cathode lighting, then you'll need a ballast and starter and more power though.
I may just do that, thanks for the insider knowledge on that one ! :) Tim Curtin I would totally do that if I were, say, 5 years along from where I am and I had a cool man-cave to host board game nights! Yeah that would be great!
Alas I do not :(

That looks like a screen frame for the Dungeons and Dragons slot machine built by Konami.
Fantastic! You've nailed it on the head!
Thank you so much for the help :)
Good call, that's a topper all right. Probably has some LEDs and a controller built into the back.
Yeah I believe it lights up, but needs an inverter to get it to work.
I bought it for $65 CAD.... Am unsure how much demand there will be for a piece of a slot machine xD
