I was trying to use one of the new lineages on an existing character, but I couldn't find how to switch the "race" or however it is done. Does the DDB character creator support this?
It's supposed to maintain some of your origin race attributes with an altered lineage, but I don't see any of that available.
It's a bit of a hassle, but you can do that on the sheet itself. Click on the word "Skills" at the bottom (it'll say 'manage' when you hover over it), then on the skill you're keeping from your previous race and select 'customize' - you'll know be able to change the proficiency level. Same with clicking on the word "Speed" and then 'customize' - you'll be able to add any alternative movement speeds there.

You have to change your race from whatever you've previously selected to the new lineage. It's not applied over the top

Yeah, that's what I'm starting to gather, it's just funny that the don't actually have a legal option programmed into the character creator...
