Whenever UA content gets published officially, the old UA version is archived and the official published version is used for new characters/monsters/etc. That's because DDB has to publish the rules as they are, not as they were or may have been. The UA gothic lineages are what the rules were, the gothic lineages published in Van Richten's are what the rules are.

It's been deleted. Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft came out with the Gothic Lineages, therefore you now have to buy that book to get them.
However, looking through the Unearthed Arcana page on the official DND website can get you what you need in physical form.
And can be home-brewed.
I believe UA isn't fully "deleted" from D&D Beyond. Rather if you built something with it, it stays in your account. In other words, if you ever think something from UA is cool, make a copy.

Not deleted, archived. If you already had a character using a UA gothic lineage, that didn't get wiped. You just can't create new characters using archived content.

Yep, archived was the word I was looking for. So if you have a character carrying archived UA, I believe you can copy and reverse engineer it into a renamed new character in your account. Obviously there will be limits if you have an archived lineage and a archived subclass in separate characters, I imagine you can't combine them. But if you have a UA Reborn in your characters, you can copy and then go to town with the copy.

Is it my bug or they deleted the material?
I see the all other UA new races there, allowed all materials.
