My friends and I were thinking about spliting the cost of the dndbeyond package with all the books and I wanted to you're guys opinions before I agreed.
Is there any issues with 5-7 users logging into the account?
Would you guys say it is worth it over buying another set of "group books"?
Yes. Though I can't easily confirm at the moment (due to being on my phone), sharing accounts is almost always against the Terms of Service of any company. You would be at risk of losing access to your content permanently.
Also, it is a good idea to not share ownership of something, unless you are ok with losing them later. No matter how much you trust your friends, unfortunate things sometimes happen. You will likely be better off waiting for one of the regular sales, and then each buying a few of the books you want separately. That way, if anything does happen, you still own what you paid for.

You cannot share accounts per the terms of service, if it is discovered you are doing this, you are subject to your account being shut down and the loss of all content and you would not be reimbursed. The proper way is that one person pays for a master tier subscription, everyone makes a character in a campaign, and now every single person has an account that has 100% access to all content purchased by ANY person on that account.
