Hello good people of the dndbeyond subreddit.
I want to make an item that only gives +3 to hit on spell attacks, but does not give any bonuses on damage.
I've tried a few things, but none of them seem to work.
Is this possible to do in dndbeyond?
You want modifier type: Bonus, and subtype: Spell Attacks. Then set the fixed value to 3.
