Can you apply the piety system from theros to a character on D&D beyond?

Piety to the theros gods grant additional spells and features to characters. I've gone through the chraacter creation screen several times but could not find a way to add it in. Also is thre a way to mark your character as Nyxborn?

It's still in the works. There are homebrew workarounds involving feats or simply free text or notes fields for all of the above.
