One of my players (a barbarian) wants to take the Magic Initiate (Warlock) feat and take Green-Flame Blade as one of his cantrips. However, when I went into his character sheet to add the feat and spell for him, GFB did not show up in the spell list for the feat. This did not make sense as I have the spell purchased and was able to add the Mind Sliver spell (one that also needs to be purchased) to another one of my players' character sheets. The barbarian is part of the campaign on D&DBeyond.
I've noticed that sometimes this happens when optional features are not turned on. Try fiddling with some of the option on the home tab of the builder and see if it shows up.
Not sure how to turn CS on, though I'm not sure why it isn't working already considering I was already able to "share" my unlocked content (as I said with the Mind Sliver spell). I was also able to add all of my unlocked feats to my PCs' character sheets, although not any of my unlocked spells through them. It works for my own characters, though I can't make any more.

So far no luck with this, though I really appreciate your help.
A Barbarian can freely take Magic Initiate, they can't cast any spell other than the ones from the following sources: Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard.
Green Flame Blade comes from the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, and is reprinted in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Do you have either of them? The spells from them are only available to Artificer, Sorcerer, Warlock, and Wizard.
I'm not sure how useful that stuff is, given that when a Barbarian is using their Rage, the can't concentrate on spells, nor can they cast them.
While I don't own either of the books themselves, I do own the spell bundles from both of them. I've found that I can normally add spells (that I've unlocked) to my spellcasting players' spell lists, however, I can't do the same through feats as the spells don't show up in the list of options.
Have you actually purchased the Player's Handbook? The Basic Rules don't have any feats at all, they just mention that they exist.
Also, content sharing requires a Master Tier subscription.
Since the spell does not end up on the list for the feat it would seem safe to assume the feat shows up for them to check that far.... Sharing is the most likely reason.
If Mind Sliver shows up then the spell list from Tasha's is shared and so should everything else be, unless the player in question already has access to Tasha's (then likely nothing is shared) or the SCAG is blocked in the content manager. Or something is somehow not working correctly.
@SSCliff101: check that your entitlements are in sync and check content management for the campaign to make sure the SCAG shows up and is not blocked?

Entitlements are in sync and (after checking another of my players' character sheets) all of my unlocked spells (including GFB) show up just fine in their spell manager, but still not for any of the magic initiate options. I know that SCAG content isn't being blocked, so I assume it's something to do with the feats.

Long shot, but could you create a throwaway character with your own account and see if the feat works correctly then?

edit: doublechecked this on my account, no issues
Tried this earlier. Feat works fine for characters on my account, but not anyone else's in my campaign.

It won’t show up as a choice on their spells tab, you chose it in tha character builder where you pick the feat.

This is also one of the first things I tried before making this thread. It still didn't work, unfortunately.
