Haven't heard any word yet. Keep in mind the Blood Hunter is effectively partnered content, not core. It was something Matt Mercer- the DM for the Critical Role streamed campaigns- wrote up, and CR was able to get some of their content published on Beyond well before the wave of partnered content that started in the past year or so. We can't objectively rule out the possibility, but implementing that won't be the same kind of straightforward in house process implementing Artificer is because Blood Hunter isn't WotC content. There's nothing in the update that keeps Blood Hunter from functioning, and as far as bringing the class up to speed quick and dirty, just give them two weapon masteries at 1st or 2nd level and they're not missing out on anything big.
On the one hand, only new 3rd party content is being released for the updated classes (which is bonkers to me, because they knew this was happening for a long while and should have done the necessary legwork for the releases during that window while they were doing it). It's most likely because they need permission to update them, especially since it does mean altering the classes. We shouldn't be surprised that Blood Hunters haven't been released.
On the other hand, there's apparently been a split between Mercer and WotC, so it really wouldn't suprise me if he's just not bothering to come to the table over it - especially since it's free content and so it's not profitable. It could well be that it will never be updated, and it's likely to be the last one to be updated if it is.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Check out the Blood Hunter Ranger subclass in Homebrew. Mr. Mercer was involved in creating that and it seems to me like a better version of the concept.
