Hi there! I'm a huge fan of DDBeyond, using it regularly on my games. I prefer using the site since most of my notes are already on my laptop anyway, yet sometimes it happens that I need to play on limited connection, or without it at all. I do have the companion app on my phone, with several GB worth of manuals installed (which is kind of a pain with limited storage space), but it's always a slow experience needing to reach out for the phone and wait for its limited power to scroll through my content just to find what I need in that moment. Plus the screen is kinda small and I need to care about yet another device.
So, the question is: is there any chance for us to get a desktop version of the app, so we can play offline directly from our laptops?
I would love to be able to ditch my phone when playing offline, to be honest.
I guess that could work, as an android emulator would as well. It makes things a bit complicated tho, and android apps are optimized to work on phones :/
I'm sure things would be way smoother with just a bit of optimization instead
Windows 11 is supposed to handle Android apps I'm not able to run windows 11 as my PC is to old, But for my gaming I use a Chromebook and it's awesome.

What do you people think?
Haven't Microsoft added an ability for Android apps to be run on your desktop? Maybe that would help.

I’d really like this as well. Opening a dozen tabs to run a game is frustrating.
The android app is years behind where I need it to be. It’ll get there, but we need an app on par with video games, VTT and all.
I can dream.
