Hello there. I have a couple of different domains that can work for Lolth, at varying levels of relevancy.
- Grave Domain: This one I don't have a super strong reasoning for other then Lolth is a scary goddess and she may enjoy giving some priests of hers the ability to choose who lives or dies in her name.
- Knowledge Domain: Lolth has billions of spiders as her eyes and ears. With this domain you could play a character who acts as a spy and info gatherer for Lolth. As a Prince of the Abyss, she is probably always looking for ways to further her influence within the material plane, or always looking for those who are down on their luck, ready to serve her.
- Order Domain: Lolth sanctions the matriarchal society of a majority of Drow societies, these underdark cities are all made up of powerful families who impose order within the city and their clans. Lolth also finds many ways to impose her ideology and rules onto the drow and their victims, using many vile methods.
- Twilight Domain: As a biome, the underdark is an environment that is pitch black hole with some of the most disturbing and awe inspiring sights anyone could see. The bio-luminescent fungi or insects that call the underdark home can be used as a replacement for the stars within Drow society. Many of the abilities in twilight can be flavored as from the underdark. Since most influence Lolth has in the material plane is within the underdark, so I believe it can work as a Lolth domain.
- Blood Domain: I think this Domain comes from one of the Critical Role books, and I am sure you can find homebrews online if you wanted to find a good one. I believe this can work for Lolth since she is very liberal with the use of torture, and rewards blood sacrifices, so this can work pretty easily.
Hope this helped you out, or at the very least gave you some ideas you can make use of. Have a good day.

Lolth is chaotic, the Order domain is as antithetical to her as the Light domain or Peace domain would be. I'll agree that the Blood domain fits her if the GM allows it, Twilight is iffy, you might be better off homebrewing some sort of Darkness domain based off it that's about debuffing enemies rather than buffing and protecting allies. War domain is passable.
Hadn't really considered until now just how few domains in 5E really fit Lolth.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Let's not forget Trickery and Death; Lolth is all about deception and manipulation as well as murder simply for the sake of exercising one's personal power.
Lolth's domain was Chaos, Destruction, Evil, Trickery so what would best fit for Cleric Domain to me would be Trickery. There also could be Tempest, which includes certain gods of violence and others that embodies chaos.

While the players handbook reconmends Trickery Domain as a suggestion, I am wondering what other options would be appropiate?
