BACKPACK WEIGHT ANS CARRIED WEIGHT.

hi all, when i create a character, it doesn't give a total weight on my character. it supplies a separate one for carried and another for backpack, do i just add these together myself or do items in a backpack not count? sorry im a noob.

You will need to equip your backpack, at which point the weight of the pack will contribute towards your characters encumbrance
