You're not the first to mention this. In the British one there is a code, but I think someone said that they bought one in Germany (I think) and didn't have a code. The conclusion people reached in the thread was that it was because there isn't a German version. Personally, I think they should just give it in English (some people speak English in Europe and at least it's something, assuming they're not willing to translate it at this time).
If it's an English one you bought, then yes, I'd presume it's a mistake because I got one. Speak to support here at DDB or the retailer who sold it to you or WotC. I imagine something could be worked out for you.

If you bought an edition of the Essentials Kit in a language other than English, I doubt WotC included D&D Beyond access codes, because of the aforementioned translation issues. Yes, English is understood by a lot of other European language speakers, but that's not a universal and I can't think of any product produced in a language that then advertises a supporting service that only exists in a different language.

I play DnD mainly online, buy some books here, the PHB, TCoE, XGtE, and I found the essential kit and see that it have a code for D&D Beyond.
Well I thought it was good i could DM my family in the physical version, and online with my friends, and decide to buy it.
I buy it 2 weeks after it came out in my country and theres is no code, so here is my doubt is the code no aviable in Europe, or is an error?
I'm pretty sure that's an error, though I never bought the essentials kit myself.
Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].
