I currently just have a few sourcebooks through this site.
I'm considering picking up all the sourcebooks and have been tinkering with the shopping cart while making my decision. It looks like the bundle adds an additional discount beyond the 33% for the Cyber-Monday sale.
I've added all the sourcebooks that I don't yet have, and the price for the bundle is considerably less. Even if I remove the 3 items that are already under $19.99 (an thus have no individually reduced price), the price for individual books is still more expensive than the overall bundle (which includes those 3 items).
Has anybody run the math on the bundle discounts? Logging out and checking the listing for the bundle shows a 23% savings, so I'm kinda confused with this.
You get a 10% discount on bundles, is that what you're missing?
66%*90%=~29%, and since not all are discounted (the cheap books aren't), then that might get you your 23%.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I'm still not quite satisfied that I understand the exact Math, but the biggest issue I had was that I filtered by Sourcebook and added all those to my cart, assuming that was everything included in the bundle.
The Wild Beyond the Witchlight is showing up as a Sourcebook in the filter, but is not in the Sourcebook bundle (also shows up under the Adventures filter and is included in that bundle).
So I had an extra book vs the bundle, which is where the largest discrepancy was coming from.
That's strange, it wasn't doing that for me. It was all correct. Having a funny five minutes, maybe.

You'll find that math here. Fair warning that the value of the bundle offerings will be defended unto death by the fanboys, but the long and the short of it is that the bundles are pretty much pointless during the Cyber Monday sale. I'll stop short of calling them a scam since they aren't actually more expensive than buying the standalone books, but they're pretty darn close. Whether you view that as a problem or not probably boils down to whether you believe that "bundles" necessarily should confer a discount (and whether or not you're a corporate apologist). If you don't and/or you are, then by all means, have at the bundles. Otherwise, picking up books piecemeal would be the way to go.
For my part, I changed up my plan based on the bad bundle math. Rather than go Legendary, I picked up just a small handful of books. It was probably the smarter entry point for me, anyway, so I've no particular cause to complain. (So let me stop doing that now.)
Has anyone had success with coupon codes on top of cyber Monday deals? Is so where do I code from and what’s best?
I didn't have success trying to buy with my 50% off the PHB coupon and the math didn't pencil out any better to buy it first and then buy the bundle so I gave it away and then bought the bundle.

Yeah, no coupons during the sale. That makes sense. It would be a little much to get a coupon applied on top of an already discounted price.
