I've never used the forums or asked for anything using the support before. Do they often get back to people in a timely manner? Or am I to wait months or so? I submitted a refund request, though I have doubts I'll get it, because I bought stuff with the intention to share, without having known about needing to subscribe to them first. Which, I will not do. Any idea on when they might get back to me if at all?

From what I gather it shouldn't take too long, certainly not months. It's the holiday season though, staffing may be temporarily reduced.
