Currently I'm playing a tortle monk. I have a +3 wisdom. Attack = +6, damage = +3. I'm thinking of taking the magic initiate-druid feat. Mainly for the shillelagh cantrip. With that cast will it stack, giving me a +9 & +6 ?
Thanks for the answers. Looks like I was reading what I wanted, not what it said.
Shillelagh simply replaces your physical attacks with your spellcasting modifier and changes the damage die to a d8. It's not so much a direct boost to damage so much as it changes how your attacks work... as a Monk it does lead to some potentially interesting builds, since you can prioritize WIS over DEX.
