Is it possible to replace standard spells, in a campaign, in DnD Beyond?
I absolutely can create a "home-brew variant" of a standard spell, and make that available to players whose character sheets are attached to my campaign, but the original "vanilla" spell listing is still there as well.

It is not. Homebrew creations get listed under their own IDs and will always be separate items (though in the case of subraces/variants and the coming subclasses, they can be attached to non-homebrew parents).

It is not currently possible, and it probably will not be for quite some time, but I would very much like for it to eventually become possible.
